European Union announced Football (UEFA) for the shortcut menu (10 players) candidates for the award for best player in Europe, that is a choice of three of them on August 14, and will be presented the award in Monaco on August 28 during the Champions League draw for the group stage of the season 2014 / 15.
A list of 10 candidates for the award for best player in Europe:

• Philipp Lahm (Germany, Bayern Munich)

• Manuel Neuer (Germany, Bayern Munich)
• Arjen Robben (Netherlands, Bayern Munich)
• Cristiano Ronaldo (Portugal, Real Madrid)
• Luis Suarez (Uruguay, Liverpool - now in Barcelona)
