Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero won't be sold, demands chief Manuel Pellegrini.
The 26-year-old scored an emotional cap trap against Bayern Munich to seal triumph in midweek,
Yet, as Aguero looks to proceed with his structure when making his 100th top-flight appearance against Southampton on Sunday, Pellegrini is unyielding that he won't be sold before his agreement closes.
"At this minute Sergio would like to go and we would prefer not to offer him," he told correspondents.
"City is not a club that offers its players. It is a club that needs to purchase great players as we need to enhance consistently.
"Sergio is exceptionally upbeat here and has five or six more years on his agreement. I don't think he will move however you never know later on."
Pellegrini, who had endeavored to take the striker to La Liga in 2006 when responsible for Villarreal, feels that Aguero is sufficiently youthful to still enhance and accepts that City are yet to see the best of him.
He proceeded: "From the earliest starting point everybody saw he would be a decent player. It was not typical seeing a player so youthful playing so well.
"He began to have any kind of effect for Independiente, then for Atletico Madrid and he came here to England and kept doing it.
"For me, the most critical thing Sergio did so far in his profession was the point at which he scored the objectives to give this club the title yet the imperative thing is that Sergio has a future where we will see a finer Sergio Aguero than we have seen in the recent past.
"He is developing and possibly at 22 or 23 you are so adolescent it is not possible choose the right things at a considerable measure of minutes in the amusement be that as it may, in every diversion, he is developing, he will have more edge. He is extremely solid and has no less than five more years where he is at his top execution."
