Roberto Mancini has been inspired by the condition of his Inter side in front of Sunday's 'Derby della Madonnina' with AC Milan at San Siro.
Mancini's second spell at San Siro gets under way this weekend against the Nerazzurri's city rivals, with the Italian selected as Walter Mazzarri's substitution amid the worldwide break.
